  • Submit your home to our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - A complete description with 9 photos of the property as well as a Virtual Tour, and additional comments on the special features and value of your home for buyer agents to review and print for clients.

  • Price your home competitively… to open the market up versus narrowing the market.

  • Develop a list of special features of your home that distinguishes it from the rest of the houses on the market for the agents to provide for their potential buyers.

  • Install a professional RE/MAX Realty Affiliates For-Sale Sign prominently on your property.

  • Install an 800InfoHomeLine sign on the yard sign – This special feature allows potential buyers to call in to get a recorded audio description of your property including the price. It is available 24 hours a day, and automatically sends an e-mail to me with the time called and caller’s phone number. I always follow up with the caller explaining it is a courtesy to them to ask if they have any questions, and when they’d like to see the home. There is also has an option for the caller to dial in directly to my cell phone for immediate response.

  • Follow-up on Showings – When a showing appointment is made, our office computer program initiates an automatic e-mail to the showing agent and also to me confirming the appointment date and time – It also automatically sends a follow-up e-mail to the showing agent requesting client feedback on the property which I then communicate back to you. If I don’t hear back from the agent, I keep calling until I get the feedback from them.

  • HomeFeedback.com –Cutting edge technology helps us track feedback from showings and marketing efforts enabling us to make educated adjustments to our campaign.
  • Develop a Promotional Flyer – In consideration for growing environmental concerns, I now use a single high quality flyer display to provide information to curbside buyers. Additionally, a professional flyer stand is placed inside the home, making complimentary flyers available for buyers who schedule a showing appointment.

  • Home Staging Guide – I provide a guide with simple tips and tricks that help you prepare your home for sale, enabling your home to appeal to the widest audience and earn top dollar.

  • Advertise in The Reno Gazette Journal – Saturday Homes – photo, description, price, InfoNow #, Agent Name and Cell # to call me for immediate response and/or showing.

  • Promote your home to all Northern Nevada Regional MLS Agents – An e-mail is sent from my office to all the active agents within our MLS region, including a photograph, the description, the price, the MLS # and all of my contact numbers.

  • Send an e-mail flyer of your home to the 100 most active buyer agents in our MLS, promoting your home to their buyers.

  • Develop a Property Business Card – At your request, I can develop a business card-size handout for you to give anyone you know, which includes a photograph of your home as well as the price. My contact information is on the back if someone or someone they know is interested in getting more information.

  • Contact all of my buyer leads, center of influence and past clients within the next seven days, for their referrals for prospective buyers for your home. I send each of them an e-mail flyer of your home, with photographs and the compete description of the features.

  • “Reverse Prospect” any agents in MLS that have established notifications for their clients of properties that fit their buyer-clients.   • Communicate with you no less than every week to provide you with the week’s activity, answer any questions, and discuss with you any changes we need to make in marketing.

  • Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace and the activity in your area. Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property or the price that you’re asking, to make it more saleable. Develop an instant e-mail notification for you to keep you informed about other homes and changes to listings in your area.
